Career Fair FAQs for Employers
Do I need to register for the Annual Meeting to attend the Career Fair?
Yes. Registration is required to attend the Career Fair. Please register here if you haven’t done so.
Is the table fee included in Annual Meeting registration?
No. The table fee is a separate cost from registration. You may reserve up to two six-foot tables for $150 per table.
What’s included with my table purchase?
You will receive a six-foot skirted table and two chairs per table.
When can I begin setting up my table(s)?
You can begin setting up your table at 2 p.m., one hour prior to the start of the event, on May 17.
What are acceptable items I may display on my table?
Employers are welcome and encouraged to bring branded tablecloths, signage, promotional materials, etc. All items must fit within the allotted space.
When is payment due for my table?
Payment is due in full by Monday, April 25, 2022. A payment reserves your table based on first come, first served due to space limitations. You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your table.
