FAQs
Do I have to be a U.S. resident to attend?
No! However, if you plan to attend in person, a letter of invitation will be available on the Annual Meeting website to help attendees secure a visa. All international attendees are required to follow relevant international travel guidelines and restrictions.
Do I have to be a member to attend?
You don’t have to be an ASGCT member to attend the meeting, but members receive benefits, including registration discounts and eligibility for awards, in addition to other benefits throughout the year. Associate Members who are first and presenting abstract authors can register for the meeting for free. For information about joining ASGCT, visit ASGCT.org.
When can I register for the meeting?
Registration for the Annual Meeting will open in early-to-mid December 2024.
If I miss a session, can I watch it after the meeting is over?
Yes. All registrants have access to the content of the Annual Meeting for at least 30 days following its conclusion.
