Members of the media receive complimentary registration

Media members can receive complimentary registration to attend the Annual Meeting in person or virtually. (All in-person attendees can also watch virtually.)

If you're interested in covering the 28th Annual Meeting in person in New Orleans or virtually as a media member, please contact Devin Rose, ASGCT Communications Manager, at drose@asgct.org.

Those registering as media must represent editorial or broadcast staff. Advertising, publishing, and/or marketing representatives cannot register as media.

Media attendees receive:

Full on-site or virtual meeting access, including all scientific symposia, education and keynote sessions, abstract presentations, and poster sessions.
Abstracts PDF two weeks before the public go-live date with updates on clinical trials, CAR T-cell therapy, CRISPR, gene therapy, and more.
On-demand access to all recorded programming for 60 days after the event.
A daily digest of press releases announcing news from the meeting.

Submit News for Media Attendees

We're now accepting press releases announcing breaking news during the Annual Meeting!

If you know you'll have news to share, send us your press releases through Monday, May 5. At 6 a.m. (CT) each day, we'll send a daily media digest email to all registered media at the Annual Meeting. We'll distribute one release per organization per day.
