Members of the media receive complimentary registration

Media members can receive complimentary registration to attend the Annual Meeting in person or virtually. (All in-person attendees can also watch virtually.)

If you're interested in covering the 28th Annual Meeting in person in New Orleans or virtually as a media member, please contact Devin Rose, ASGCT Communications Manager, at drose@asgct.org.

Those registering as media must represent editorial or broadcast staff. Advertising, publishing, and/or marketing representatives cannot register as media.

Media attendees receive:

• Full on-site or virtual meeting access, including all scientific symposia, education and keynote sessions, abstract presentations, and poster sessions. 
• Abstracts PDF two weeks before the public go-live date with updates on clinical trials, CAR T-cell therapy, CRISPR, gene therapy, and more.
• On-demand access to all recorded programming for at least 30 days.
• A daily digest of press releases announcing news from the meeting.
