Presenting an Abstract
Here's how abstracts are presented at the Annual Meeting

Submit your pre-recorded abstract presentation or slides by April 29.

Virtual Presentations

Although we hope that all abstract presenters will join us in-person in Washington, D.C., we recognize that for various reasons, that will not be possible for everyone. As a result, we will continue to grant the ability to present virtually.

Virtual Oral Abstract Presenters

If you wish to present your oral abstract virtually, we ask that you upload a pre-recorded presentation by April 29. It is important to complete the pre-recordings ahead of the meeting to prepare for producing the event for both live and virtual audiences.

Although you have pre-recorded your presentation, we request you join the real-time Q&A to answer any questions attendees may have. This will be done through Zoom. A link will be provided to you about one week before the event.

Pre-recordings should be submitted here

Virtual Poster Presentations

The ePoster site will be available the morning of May 16.

As in years past, you may upload a poster presentation in either MP4 or PDF format. Your uploaded presentation will live on the ePoster site for the full duration of the meeting. We strongly recommend a 1:2 aspect ratio for any ePoster files.

Upload deadlines for virtual posters are May 2 for MP4 presentations, and May 9 for PDF presentations.

Please note that we ask that virtual poster presenters still have their posters printed and hung in the physical poster hall. We recommend you utilize the poster hanging service offered by our poster partner, Genigraphics, to ensure that your poster is hung on time.
