Here are answers to some of the most common questions people have about registering and attending the ASGCT Annual Meeting.
How do I register?
Registration for the annual meeting is managed through your ASGCT account. Please sign in or create an account to begin your registration:
What's the difference between in-person and virtual attendance?
Both the in-person and virtual Annual Meeting experiences are designed to provide the full, comprehensive educational experience our members and attendees expect from the ASGCT Annual Meeting. Virtual registration includes live streaming and on-demand access to all plenary lectures, oral abstract presentations, scientific symposia, education sessions, and select industry-sponsored sessions. Access to any workshops purchased by virtual registrants will be available as on-demand recordings on May 17, 2025. In-person attendance adds access to the exhibit hall, workshops, educational and networking receptions, and the in-person poster hall as well as livestream and on-demand access.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us make this event professional and safe for everyone!
