Where do I get my Certificate of Attendance?

ASGCT offers attendees the opportunity to self-generate a certificate of attendance based on your registration status. Use the link below and sign in to generate your certificate.

Will the 2022 Annual Meeting be in person?

Yes. The meeting will be held in-person at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. A virtual registration will also be offered. In-person attendees will have access to the virtual platform.

What's the difference between in-person and virtual attendance? 

Both the in-person and virtual Annual Meeting experiences are designed to provide the full, comprehensive educational experince our members and attendees expect from the ASGCT Annual Meeting. Virtual registration includes live streaming and on-demand access to all plenary lectures, oral abstract presentations, scientific symposia, education sessions, the virtual poster hall, and select industry-sponsored sessions. In-person attendance adds access to the exhibit hall, educational and networking receptions, and the in-person poster hall as well as livestream and on-demand access.

What are the daily event hours?

Meeting programming will be held May 16-18 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (ET), followed by evening events, and May 19 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (ET).

Do I have to be a U.S. resident to attend?

No! In 2021, more than 1,000 international attendees joined us for the meeting. However, if you’re planning to attend in-person, a letter of invitation will be available on the Annual Meeting website to help attendees secure a visa. All international attendees are required to follow relevant international travel guidelines and restrictions.

Do I have to be a member to attend?

You don’t have to be an ASGCT member to attend the meeting, but members receive benefits including registration discounts and eligibility for awards, in addition to other benefits throughout the year. Associate Members who are first and presenting abstract authors can register for the meeting for free. For information about joining ASGCT, visit ASGCT.org.

When can I register for the meeting?

Registration for the 25th Annual Meeting is now open! Early bird rates run through February 28, and Advanced rates are available from March 1 through May 14.

Can I change my registration from in person to virtual (or vice versa)?

Yes. Attendees are welcome to change their attendance options by emailing asgct@maritz.com on or before May 2.

If I miss a session, can I watch it after the meeting is over?

Yes. Annual Meeting content will be available for at least 30 days following the conclusion of the meeting for all attendees.
