Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Need to change your registration? Here's how to do it.

All requests must be submitted in writing.


Cancellation requests must be submitted to by April 19, 2024. Cancellation requests received prior to 11:59pm ET Friday, April 19, 2024 will incur a $150 processing fee deducted from each refunded registration. Cancellation requests received after April 19 will not be refunded.

Note: Cancelled registrations will not receive access to any Annual Meeting virtual content. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement once processed.

Switching In-Person and Virtual Registrations

Registrants who wish to switch their registration to in-person from virtual or virtual to in-person must submit a request via  After April 19, 2024, all registration switch requests will be subject to a $75 processing fee per registration and are not guaranteed.
