Change your registration selection without a penalty by May 5, 2023.
Annual Meeting registrants may change their registration selection between the in-person and virtual meeting without penalties or change fees by Friday, May 5, 2023.
Requests for registration refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. Please email cancellation requests to ASGCT@maritz.com. A processing fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds or cancellation requests received on or prior to May 5, 2023. Registrants who do not cancel on or prior to that date will be responsible for the full registration fee. They will also still have access to the virtual platform and on-demand content.
Substitution requests should also be made to ASGCT@maritz.com and must also be received on or prior to May 5, 2023.
