Cancellation & Substitution Policy

All requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted to ASGCT@maritz.com by April 19, 2024. Cancellation requests received prior to 11:59pm ET Friday, April 19, 2024 will incur a $150 processing fee deducted from each refunded registration. Cancellation requests received after April 19 will not be refunded.

Note: Cancelled registrations will not receive access to any Annual Meeting virtual content. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement once processed.

Switching In-Person and Virtual Registrations

Registrants who wish to switch their registration to in-person from virtual or virtual to in-person must submit a request via ASGCT@maritz.com.  After April 19, 2024, all registration switch requests will be subject to a $75 processing fee per registration and are not guaranteed.
