Safety of meeting attendees is our top priority.
ASGCT will be monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 and following any health and safety protocols necessary so we can keep each other safe during the meeting.
All in-person attendees at the ASGCT Annual Meeting are required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 prior to traveling to the meeting. A COVID-19 booster shot is strongly encouraged as extra protection. In-person attendees are also required to wear masks on site.
ASGCT is partnering with Safe Expo for vaccination verification services to make your entry to the meeting faster, safer, and more secure. In-person meeting attendees are required to upload your vaccination card to the secure vaccination verification portal before the event.
Please upload your card to the portal by 5 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, May 12, to avoid waiting in long lines at the meeting.
Here's how to use Safe Expo
Safe Expo will verify each attendee’s vaccination prior to the event. Each submission will receive an email with APPROVE or DECLINE (with explanation) within (2) business days of the upload. Please note that the email may end up in your junk mail.
Your vaccination verification will be a PDF attachment with a purple screen. You must show the vaccination verification to the Safe Expo team before picking up your conference badge.
