Secure Space for High-Impact Meetings at #ASGCT2024
The ASGCT Annual Meeting presents a prime opportunity for affiliates of ASGCT to hold meetings and events in connection with the meeting. Space can be used for internal stakeholder meetings and board meetings.

Steps to secure your space:
- Meeting Room Rental Space Guide
- Complete the Sponsor and Advertiser Application and select the icon Full Day Rental or Half Day Rental.
- Full payment will be required for those submitting an application after March 1, 2024.
- After you submit your application, ASGCT will reach out to collect your preferred meeting date(s) and time(s). The exact meeting room space will be assigned when full payment has been received.
