New technologies and techniques emerge rapidly in cell and gene therapy making it difficult for researchers to keep up with available approaches. This session will provide an update on current technologies researchers are using for gene editing and novel delivery systems in vivo.

• To identify novel approaches and their applications of combining gene and cell therapies to manage medical disorders.
• To identify current non-AAV in vivo gene editing technologies being developed.
• To learn novel methods of combined technologies in gene and cell therapies and their translational applications.
