This education session will discuss the current advances and future directions to optimize the training and education programs in gene and cell therapies for the future leaders in the field.

Learning Objectives:

To identify key elements that a leader in gene and cell therapy must have to be successful in the field.
To identify real-world, practical aspects of the manufacturing process of gene and cell therapies to bring them into early clinical studies.
To identify key aspects of the regulations surrounding gene and cell therapies and their implementation in translational and early clinical studies.
