Session Title: Thursday Posters: Pharmacology/Toxicology Studies and Analytics/Assay Development

The Somatic Cell Genome Editing (SCGE) Consortium Toolkit is a publicly available portal to provide access to data and resources generated by members of the SCGE Consortium. The focus of the first phase of the SCGE Consortium includes novel approaches for delivery of genome editing technologies with cell and tissue specificity, independent validation, and approaches to detect adverse effects of genome editing. The SCGE Toolkit has been developed to showcase the results from the SCGE projects and provide access to experimental details including tools, reagents, and protocols with the overarching goal of promoting collaborations and accelerating the use of the validated technologies to the broader scientific community. Data generated by the SCGE Consortium members have common elements, including genome editors, delivery technologies, and models in which these are tested, including large and small animals, and in vitro human biological systems. Metadata fields were identified and defined to standardize the data submission pipeline. The majority of the submissions to the SCGE Toolkit were from the delivery technology initiative and the small animal validation studies designed to provide second site validation of the primary results generated by the delivery projects. Where applicable, the validation studies are highlighted and linked to their respective delivery studies to allow users to discern similarities and differences between the studies and interpret the extent of independent validation. Public access to the submitted data is through the SCGE Toolkit (https://scge.mcw.edu/toolkit/). Data is organized by SCGE initiative, experiments, and data types. Users can explore and visualize data using common interface components, including filtering functions, standardized structure, and sorting and download options. As submitted data is published, Toolkit data is linked to publications, providing access to the overarching goals of the studies and broader implications of the findings.

Plain Language Summary
The Somatic Cell Genome Editing (SCGE) Consortium Toolkit (https://scge.mcw.edu/toolkit/) is a publicly available portal to provide access to data and resources generated by members of the SCGE Consortium. The SCGE Toolkit showcases data from studies focused on the delivery of genome editing technologies in cells, tissues, organs, and animal models. Users can explore the data through genome editors, guides, novel delivery systems, model systems, and tissues.
