Employment Center
What is the Employment Center?
The Annual Meeting Employment Center is a resource for employers to connect with applicants on specific open positions before and during the ASGCT Annual Meeting. Employers who register for the Employment Center may post open positions on the ASGCT Job Board online, view resumes of applicants who are participating in the Employment Center, and they may also utilize a table in the Annual Meeting Employment Center to conduct in-person interviews with applicants. Applicants can apply for open positions online through the ASGCT Job Board and meet with potential employers on-site at the 21st Annual Meeting. Interested employers and applicants must register for the Annual Meeting Employment Center in order to participate in the on-site Employment Center.
Employers may register and participate with the Online-Only option. When an Employer selects this option, they will still receive unlimited job postings and CV viewing for 90 days as a part of their registration.
Format of the Employment Center
Employers will have access to a number of tables located in the on-site Employment Center within the Annual Meeting exhibit hall at which they can meet passing attendees and conduct interviews. Tables will be available exclusively for employer’s use for the duration of the Employment Center.
Scheduling Interviews
All interviews will take place in the Employment Center on-site at the Annual Meeting. To make the most of your time in Chicago, we strongly recommend that interviews be scheduled in advance of arriving at the meeting; however, scheduling interviews on-site is certainly allowed.
Please note: ASGCT will not be handling the scheduling of interviews. Interviews should be arranged between the employer and applicant.
