Housing Alert for Exhibitors

ASGCT was recently informed that a "housing company" representing itself as ASGCT's hotel booking agent has been contacting exhibitors to make hotel reservations on their behalf. The Hilton Chicago is the only official housing provider for the 2018 ASGCT Annual Meeting. To reserve rooms as part of the ASGCT block at the Hilton Chicago, visit the Hotel and Travel page.

No other housing company, agency or person is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of ASGCT, its exhibitors, or its sponsors. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Hilton Chicago or ASGCT and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.
