Registration for the 22nd Annual Meeting is now open! Early registration rates are available through April 8, 2019, and groups of five or more are eligible for an additional 15 percent discount. Non-members are invited to apply for membership when they register to earn the member discount on their registration. As always, Associate Members who are first and presenting authors on an abstract at the Annual Meeting receive free registration.

Please Note: The amount of time required to obtain a VISA has increased tremendously. Abstract submitters will be able to generate invitation letters online so they can apply for their VISA immediately after submitting an abstract. 2019 Annual Meeting Registration Rates
A 15 percent discount for early registration to the 22nd ASGCT Annual Meeting will run from the opening of registration until April 8, 2019. As always, Associate Members who are the first author on an abstract they're presenting at the Annual Meeting receive free registration.

Group Registration
A 15 percent discount on registration rates is available for five (5) or more registrants from the same institution. Associate members who are the first and presenting authors of an abstract receive FREE annual meeting registration, but are ineligible to be counted as part of a group registration. Evening Reception
The Evening Reception will take place at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 8–11 p.m. Cost for reception ticket is $25 and can be added to your Annual Meeting registration. Transportation from the Washington Hilton will be provided, but reception attendance is limited to 1,400, so sign up early!
Pre-Meeting Workshops—SOLD OUT! WAITLIST FULL
New for 2019, ASGCT has added a second commercialization workshop to the pre-meeting lineup, and now pre- and post- approval commercialization are split between two workshops. All four pre-meeting workshops will take place Sunday, April 28, 2019. All sessions run from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., and lunch is provided. Each workshop has an individual registration rate, and attendees may register for any or all workshops independent of, or in addition to, registration for the Annual Meeting. Attendees who register for both a pre-meeting workshop and the 22nd Annual Meeting receive a $25 discount.
CAR T and Related Immune Effector Cell Therapies—SOLD OUT! WAITLIST FULL
The CAR T and Related Immune Effector Cell Therapies workshop features discussions of the current state of CAR T therapeutic approaches in light of recent FDA approvals with updates on clinical long term follow-up. This workshop is in partnership with the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy and includes sessions on gene editing and going beyond autologous CAR-T cells for cancer.

The Gene Editing workshop provides an overview of current gene editing technologies and approaches, emerging uses and applications, with sessions highlighting junior investigators and clinical gene editing programs.
Pre-Approval Commercialization: Clinical Path Toward Commercialization—SOLD OUT! WAITLIST FULL
The Pre-Approval Commercialization Workshop covers industry perspectives on CMC Challenges for cell and gene modified cell therapy products, updates from global regulatory bodies, manufacturing challenges in late phase development of gene therapy products, and discussions on the difficulties in commercializing AAV product candidates.
Post-Approval Commercialization—SOLD OUT! WAITLIST FULL
New for 2019, the Post-Approval Commercialization Workshop will include sessions on patient focused drug development; post-approval change management and overall impact on commercialization; and pricing, reimbursement, and payment models for gene therapies.
