Letters of Invitation
If you require a letter of invitation in order to apply for a VISA to travel to the ASGCT Annual Meeting, you can automatically one online:

Please Note: The amount of time required to obtain a VISA has increased tremendously. Abstract submitters will be able to generate invitation letters online so they can apply for their VISA immediately after submitting an abstract. If you have any problems, please contact Sam Kay.
ESTA Eligibility
Some citizens of countries eligible to travel to the United States without a visa still require a visa. An ESTA eligibility checker is the best way to determine whether you will require a visa.
Housing Alert
In past years, a "housing company" representing itself as ASGCT's hotel booking agent has contacted exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations on their behalf. The Washington Hilton is the only official housing provider for the 22nd Annual Meeting. No other housing company, agency or person is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of ASGCT, meeting attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Washington Hilton or ASGCT and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.
