Members of the health and science media are welcome to register for complementary access to ASGCT’s 22nd Annual Meeting. Please contact Alex Wendland with questions or interview requests prior to the meeting.

Media Registration

Media preregistration has closed for the ASGCT 22nd Annual Meeting. Media registrants are welcome to register with ASGCT staff on-site at the Washington Hilton during normal registration hours. As always, media registration will remain complimentary for on-site media registration.

Media Policy

ASGCT's redesigned media policy is crafted to make covering the Annual Meeting as efficient as possible. Updates for the 2019 Annual Meeting include exclusive embargoed access to full abstract texts, an open-door policy for personal photography and recording, and the allowance for presenters to discuss their research throughout the embargo period.
