Registration Hours at #ASGCT19
ASGCT recommends picking up your badge early, on Sunday, April 28 to avoid registration lines for the opening day of ASGCT's largest-ever Annual Meeting. Special early badge pickup hours are available for Annual Meeting attendees this Sunday, April 28, from noon to 8 p.m.
The full registration desk hours are as follows:
Sunday, April 28: 12 – 8 p.m.
Monday, April 29: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday, April 30: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The 2019 ASGCT Annual Meeting abstract book is now available. This collection of nearly 1,000 abstracts makes up the majority of the Annual Meeting program and will be split between oral and poster presentations.

All four ASGCT Pre-Meeting Workshops have sold out and waitlists are full.
Early Registration Closes April 8
There's less than one week left to secure early registration rates for the ASGCT 22nd Annual Meeting. Rates for all attendance classes will increase by $50 following the deadline. The discounted rate will be available through April 8. Join us in Washington, D.C. April 29-May 2 for the premier event for gene and cell therapy clinical trials updates, new research, networking, and lectures.
Abstract Notifications
Abstract acceptance notifications were sent via email on March 20, 2019.
The official acceptance letter, which includes all details of a presentation including date, time and location, will be posted online through the Abstract Submission site.
Host Hotel Sells Out
The ASGCT housing block at the Washington Hilton for the 2019 Annual Meeting is officially sold out. Contact the hotel directly at (202) 483-3000 for last-minute availability outside of the ASGCT block.
No housing company, agency or person is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of ASGCT, meeting attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors. Anyone claiming to do so has not entered into agreements with the Washington Hilton or ASGCT and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.
Abstract Submission Now Closed
The abstract submission period for 22nd ASGCT Annual Meeting is now closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted their research for consideration. Notifications for accepted abstracts will be sent by March 20.

Registration is Now Open
Registration for the 22nd Annual Meeting is now open! Early registration rates are available through April 8, 2019, and groups of five or more are eligible for an additional 15 percent discount. Non-members are invited to apply for membership when they register to earn the member discount on their registration. As always, Associate Members who are first and presenting authors on an abstract at the Annual Meeting receive free registration.
Book Your Room in the ASGCT Housing Block
ASGCT's Annual Meeting housing block at the Washington Hilton is open for bookings. Make your reservations as soon as possible, because the housing block will sell out well before the Annual Meeting. After the ASGCT block is completely full, there's no guarantee attendees will be able to get the same room rate during the meeting.

In past years, a "housing company" representing itself as ASGCT's hotel booking agent has contacted exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations on their behalf. The Washington Hilton is the only official housing provider for the 22nd Annual Meeting. No other housing company, agency or person is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of ASGCT, meeting attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors.
