No. ASGCT meetings, conferences, and workshops are open to both members and nonmembers. ASGCT members will pay a lower registration rate, upwards of several hundred dollars less than nonmembers. Visit the homepage of the program you are interested in attending and follow the link for registration. Registration may be completed online, or by mail. Space permitting, onsite registration is also available. Please note that there are limited spots for the pre-meeting workshops.

Yes. Student members receive substantial discounts for most ASGCT meetings and conferences.
Online registrations are confirmed by email immediately after completing registration. Registrations completed by mail or fax will be confirmed by email shortly after they are received. Registration receipts will be sent by email. Receipts are sent immediately for online registrations. There will be heavy appetizers and beverages. There will be a band and time to socialize with other attendees. It starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 11:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $25. There is limited space, so buying tickets on-site will be dependent on the slots available.

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. There is no fee for equal transfers. If you are transferring to a non-member, you will be invoiced for the difference in member vs non-member pricing. You will need to pick up your name badge along with conference materials when you arrive. Your name badge serves as entry to all conference functions, including social functions. The registration desk is located on the second floor in the pre-function space across from exhibit hall C of the Hynes Convention Center and is open during the following hours:
You can register for workshops on the registration form. Workshops are not included in conference registration and incur an additional fee.
Meals are not included with registration.

No, CME credits are not offered at the ASGCT meeting.
Yes. Certificates of attendance may be obtained at the conference or by contacting the ASGCT Membership Department after the conference at 414-278-1341 or email@example.com.
