Group Registration
Organizations that have 10 or more paid registrants attending the Annual Meeting are eligible for a 10% discount on their registration costs. This discount will be applied via promo code. To receive a promo code for your group, please contact meetings@asgct.org.
Exhibitor Registration
There are two types of exhibitor registrations; each booth purchase comes with a predetermined number of complimentary Exhibitor Booth Personnel and Exhibitor Full Conference badges.

Exhibitor Booth Personnel: This badge grants access only to the in-person Exhibit Hall and lead retrieval (if purchased). There is no access to the Annual Meeting’s in-person sessions or to the virtual platform. Additional Exhibitor Booth Personnel badges can be purchased in the exhibitor portal for a fee, please see the chart above for pricing information.

Exhibitor Full Conference: This badge grants full access to all parts of the Annual Meeting, including the virtual platform and lead retrieval. Additional Exhibitor Full Conference badges can be purchased in the exhibitor portal for a fee, please see the chart above for pricing information.
Please note: An attendee must have an exhibitor badge to receive early access to the Exhibit Hall. Someone without an Exhibitor Booth Personnel or Exhibitor Full Conference badge will not be able to enter the Exhibit Hall before its standard operating hours for all regular attendees nor will they be able to access lead retrieval.
