ASGCT's 21st Annual Meeting will take place at the Hilton Chicago (720 S. Michigan Ave., 312.922.4400), however the housing block at the Hilton Chicago for the 21st Annual Meeting has closed. Those interested in staying at the Hilton Chicago can contact the hotel directly or use their preferred booking website to check availability—the ASGCT room rate of $265 per night is no longer available through the Society.

Housing Alert for Exhibitors

ASGCT was recently informed that a "housing company" representing itself as ASGCT's hotel booking agent has been contacting exhibitors to make hotel reservations on their behalf. The Hilton Chicago is the only official housing provider for the 2018 ASGCT Annual Meeting. All of the information to reserve rooms as part of the ASGCT block at the Hilton Chicago is on this page.

No other housing company, agency or person is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of ASGCT, its exhibitors, or its sponsors. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Hilton Chicago or ASGCT and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.

Please Note: The amount of time required to obtain a VISA has increased tremendously. Abstract submitters may generate a letter of invitation now for their VISA application. ASGCT recommends starting this process as soon as possible for attendees coming from outside of the United States.
