Request meeting space for affiliate events
The Annual Meeting presents a prime opportunity for affiliates of ASGCT – exhibitors, corporate supporters, members, etc. – to hold their own meetings and events at the convention center. ASGCT encourages affiliates to take advantage of this opportunity and has established a process for requesting meeting space for these events. Space can be used for internal stakeholder meetings and board meetings. Learn more in our overview guide here.

Room Rental Fees
Full Day Rental (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) - $10,000
Half Day Rental (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) - $5,000
