Cancellation and Substitution Requests
Attendees may submit written requests to cancel their registration by May 9, 2022

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. A processing fee of $75 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received on or prior to Monday, May 9, 2022. Registrants who do not cancel on or prior to Monday, May 9, 2022 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitution Policy

You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. There is no fee for equal transfers. If you are transferring to someone who is not a member of ASGCT, you will be invoiced for the difference in member vs non-member pricing. The request must be made via email to Maritz support and include the following information:

  • Name 

  • Job Title

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Any physical accommodations required
