Here's what you should know before the meeting begins.

In-Person Attendees

All times are in PT

In addition to in-person registration, all on-site full conference attendees will have live access to the virtual platform and on-demand access to all the meeting content for 30 days.


All Annual Meeting events will take place in the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC), 1201 South Figueroa Street, unless otherwise noted. LACC provides easily accessible West Hall Parking Garages for flat rates of $25-40.

Pick Up Your Badge Early

Beat the Tuesday morning lines by picking up your badge early: Advance registration will open 5-7 p.m. on Monday, May 15, at the Los Angeles Convention Center!

When you arrive at registration, you will need to present your QR code, sent in a separate email, to receive your badge.


Free Wi-Fi will be provided in the convention center. The network is Annual Meeting 2023 and the password is ASGCT2023.

Download the ASGCT Events App

The ASGCT Events app is now available for free on the App Store or Google Play. Download it now to fill out your profile, bookmark sessions of interest, and message fellow attendees at the meeting. Available to those with full conference or Workshop registration.


Closing Night Reception

Join your colleagues for a night of food, music, and even more science with after-hours access to the California Science Center. Register in advance to attend on Friday, May 19, 8-11 p.m.—make sure to get a ticket ahead of the reception.

If you've already registered, please note:

  • Shuttles will run continuously from 7:45-11:15 p.m., between the LACC Gilbert Lindsay Plaza, Sheraton Grand Hotel, and California Science Center

  • Bring your conference badge to be scanned at the door for access

Virtual Attendees

All virtual attendees will also have on-demand access to all the meeting content for 30 days via the virtual platform.

Access the virtual platform

  • Visit this site and select "Log in."

  • In the box that pops up, log in with the email address you provided during registration.

  • If you have forgotten the password, select "Send me a magic link" and you will receive an email allowing you to enter the platform.
