The exhibit hall will be open from 9:45 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday of the Annual Meeting. Packing of equipment, literature or dismantling of exhibits is strictly prohibited before 6:30 pm on Thursday, May 14. There will be no storage of booths after 11 a.m. on May 15.
Monday, May 11: 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Tuesday, May 12: 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Thursday, May 14: 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Friday, May 15: 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Exhibit booths can be customized by Heritage Trade Show Services and lead retrieval devices can be purchased from Showcare Event Solutions. Exhibitor Service Kits will be distributed to confirmed exhibitors in winter.
The online registration portal will open in December 2019 for confirmed exhibitors to assign its Exhibitor Complimentary Attendees and Exhibitor Complimentary Exhibit Hall Only badges. Additional Exhibitor Exhibit Hall Only badges can be purchased for $100 each.
